Project Administrator
Job Summary:
At QEFAS Educational Services, we are seeking a Project Administrator dedicated to supporting both talent acquisition and field operations execution. This role is responsible for driving efficient recruitment processes, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences, and providing data-driven insights to enhance field performance and overall organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Screen and evaluate CVs across multiple roles to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and competency-based assessments.
- Coordinate end-to-end interview processes and manage candidate communication.
- Support hiring decisions through structured feedback and documentation.
- Assist in onboarding preparation and documentation for new hires.
Onboarding & Employee Integration
- Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Drive early-stage engagement and support new hires’ integration into teams.
- Coordinate training schedules and onboarding activities.
- Partner with leads to ensure role clarity and productivity ramp-up.
Field Operations & Performance Management
- Conduct field visits for staff engagement, supervision, and sensitization.
- Monitor field staff activities and provide actionable feedback.
- Track and analyze daily and weekly performance metrics.
- Prepare and present performance reports and insights to management.
- Identify high performers and recommend recognition strategies.
- Detect performance gaps and flag underperformance trends early.
- Maintain accurate reporting systems, dashboards, and documentation.
- Support operational execution across multiple locations.
Process Improvement & Data Analysis
- Identify inefficiencies in operational workflows and reporting structures.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Monitor CRM tool usage and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Leverage data insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:
BSc, MSc in Edu. Mngt, Business Administration, or a related field.
A teaching certification or license.
At least 3 years of experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use technology effectively.
Passion for working with schools, students and a commitment to their academic performance.
