Job summary
We are an educational-based NGO and we are seeking to hire a dynamic and experienced Program and Partnerships Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of all programs and projects to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and strategic objectives.
- Supervise the day-to-day operations and administration of the organization, ensuring efficient systems, processes, and documentation.
- Develop annual work plans, project timelines, budgets, and implementation strategies for programs and initiatives.
- Supervise, support staff, and volunteers to ensure effective performance and project delivery. •Identify, research, and pursue funding opportunities from local and international donors, foundations, corporate organizations, and development partners.
- Lead the development, writing, and submission of grant proposals, concept notes, fundraising pitches, and sponsorship requests.
- Design and implement fundraising and resource mobilization strategies to secure sustainable funding for the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, government agencies, schools, community stakeholders, and other relevant institutions.
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements, grant agreements, and organizational policies.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of programmatic, financial, and impact reports for management, donors, and stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems to track program outcomes and measure impact.
- Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, networking events, and stakeholder engagements.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation relating to programs, partnerships, grants, and fundraising activities.
- Identify opportunities for organizational growth, strategic partnerships, and program expansion.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management in support of the organization's mission and objectives.
Requirements:
- BSc in a relevant field.
- 2-4 years of experience in program coordination, fundraising, or grant management.
- Proven track record of successful grant writing and fundraising.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong fundraising and donor relationship management abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic planning and organizational management skills.
- Budgeting and financial management knowledge.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proximity to Amuwo-Odofin.
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 -300,000
