We are seeking to hire a Program & Partnerships Officer
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute all Emadeb Foundation programs and initiatives
- Manage community engagement activities
- Support development and tracking of CSR / ESG initiatives
- Maintain documentation: Project reports, Impact tracking, Stakeholder engagement logs
- Liaise with: Internal teams (HR, Corporate Affairs, Operations) and External stakeholders (communities, NGOs, regulators)
- Track budgets and ensure proper utilization of Foundation funds
- Support events, sponsorships, and partnerships
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a foundation, NGO, or CSR team
- Can write reports and also go to the field
- Understands community dynamics
- Candidate must be structured enough to build processes from scratch
- Comfortable working in a lean, evolving environment
- 3 – 6 years total experience, at least 2–3 years in any of the NGO / Foundation work/ CSR / Sustainability
Technical Competencies:
- CSR / ESG understanding (basic to intermediate)
- Strong reporting and documentation skills
- Project coordination and execution
- Stakeholder engagement (very important in your context)
