Job summary
To support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of ADPF’s programs for People Living with Parkinson’s Disease and their caregivers.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Support the design and implementation of therapeutic, educational, and community programs.
- Coordinate program activities, schedules, and logistics.
- Support the Physiotherapist to provide evidence-based
- Engage beneficiaries, caregivers, volunteers, and facilitators.
- Collect program data, maintain records, and support monitoring and evaluation.
- Prepare activity reports and documentation for donors and management.
- Support program innovations such as dance therapy, walking football, physiotherapy, and family therapy.
- Assist with community outreach and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure programs are delivered in line with ADPF standards and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in program implementation within an NGO or health-focused organization.
- Experience working with vulnerable or special needs populations is an advantage.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Data collection and basic M&E knowledge.
- Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Report writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
