Job summary
To organize programs and MEL activities for our organization. He/she will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long-term goals. The candidate will also be tasked with budget design, management, and operating plans for programs

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate programs
- Develop proposals and a budget
- Implement monitoring frameworks
- Analyze project data, prepare reports
- Engage stakeholders
- Support trainings,
- Monitor field activities to ensure effective program delivery, compliance, impact measurement, and alignment with organizational and donor objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in program management or M&E
- Strong reporting, data analysis, proposal writing, communication, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination skills.
