The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects that advance the organizations mission. This includes administrative oversight, forward-thinking strategy, leadership of teams, and ensuring effective use of social media and other communication channels. The role will ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with strong impact.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Program Planning & Execution: Overseeing program design, timelines, and deliverables to ensure efficient implementation and achievement of goals.
- Administration & Operations: Managing day-to-day administrative functions and operational processes to ensure smooth workflow and organizational efficiency.
- Leadership & Team Management: Providing direction, guidance, and support to team members to foster collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Forward Thinking & Strategy: Contributing to strategic planning and innovation to drive organizational growth and long-term sustainability.
- Communications & Social Media: Managing internal and external communications, including social media presence, to enhance visibility and public engagement.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy: Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, beneficiaries, and stakeholders to advance the organization’s mission.
- Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting: Tracking project progress, assessing outcomes, and preparing reports to support data-driven decision-making and transparency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in program management, Public Health, Nonprofit Management, Communications or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years managing projects in the NGO/health sector or similarly complex environments.
- Strong leadership skills: ability to manage and inspire a team, delegate, and hold people accountable.
- Excellent administrative skills: planning, budgeting, record keeping, and attention to detail.
- Strategic thinker, proactive, and able to anticipate issues and propose solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable with public speaking or representation.
- Proficient with social media platforms, digital communications, and content creation. Experience using social media analytics.
- Strong organisational skills and time management; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High integrity, respect for diversity and inclusion, and ability to work with sensitivity given the stigma and emotional components of women’s health.
