Copen Academy is the training and capacity-building arm of Copen Group. We equip youth and entrepreneurs with practical skills in Construction Trades (Electrical, Plumbing, Painting), ICT, and Agriculture. Through partnerships, Copen Academy works to bridge the vocational skills gap in Nigeria. The Program Manager will serve as the administrative lead for Copen Academy’s training initiatives. You will design curriculum frameworks, coordinate master trainers, manage student cohorts, track key performance data, and maintain relationships with strategic institutional partners.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Program Execution: Design, schedule, and execute vocational cohorts and corporate training workshops.
- Instructor Management: Recruit and oversee specialized technical master trainers across various trade disciplines.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain communication with critical project partners, government agencies, and funding bodies.
- Student Lifecycle Management: Manage the admissions pipeline, track student attendance, and coordinate classroom assessments and field placements.
- Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E): Collect, track, and analyze training data to measure program effectiveness and prepare impact reports for executive management.
- Public Relations Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to design outreach campaigns that increase student enrollment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Education Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years managing vocational schools, NGOs, corporate academies, or youth development programs.
- Project tracking skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and data management tools.
- Public speaking, relationship-building abilities, and understanding of Enugu's socio-economic landscape.
