Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate professional training programs physically and virtually
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, and practical exercises
- Conduct participant assessments and evaluations
- Ensure effective classroom management and learner engagement
- Provide industry-based practical knowledge and case studies
- Prepare training reports and feedback documentation
- Support course development and curriculum improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or relevant professional qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of practical industry and training experience
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Professional certifications relevant to chosen training categories
- Ability to train both online and onsite
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and virtual learning platforms
- Membership of relevant professional bodies is an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
- NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ISPON, WSO, DTC.
- ISO 9001/14001/45001 Lead Auditor Certifications
- ASNT, AWS, CSWIP, NDT Certifications
- PMP, HR, Project Management Certifications
- Technical Equipment Operation Certifications
