Position: Professional Trainer / Facilitator
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time and Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking competent and result-driven Trainers/Facilitators to deliver high-quality classroom, outdoor, and online training programs across multiple professional disciplines. Applicants must be capable of facilitating courses in at least two (2) categories from the list below.
Training Categories:
1.
Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) Courses
2.
Oil & Gas Courses
3.
Management & Administrative Courses
4.
ISO Internal & Lead Auditor Courses
5.
QA/QC & NDT Courses (VT, PT, MT, UT & RT)
6.
Technical / Heavy Machine Training Courses
Key Responsibilities:
•
Facilitate professional training programs physically and virtually
•
Develop and update training materials, presentations, and practical exercises
•
Conduct participant assessments and evaluations
•
Ensure effective classroom management and learner engagement
•
Provide industry-based practical knowledge and case studies
•
Prepare training reports and feedback documentation
•
Support course development and curriculum improvement initiatives
Requirements:
•
Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or relevant professional qualification
•
Minimum of 3 years practical industry and training experience
•
Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
•
Professional certifications relevant to chosen training categories
•
Ability to train both online and onsite
•
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and virtual learning platforms
•
Membership of relevant professional bodies is an added advantage
Preferred Certifications:
•
NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ISPON, WSO, DTC.
•
ISO 9001/14001/45001 Lead Auditor Certifications
•
ASNT, AWS, CSWIP, NDT Certifications
•
PMP, HR, Project Management Certifications
•
Technical Equipment Operation Certifications
