Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Wash, dry, iron, fold, and package clothes professionally.
- Sort clothes according to fabric, colour, and washing requirements.
- Handle stain removal and delicate fabrics with proper care.
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment safely.
- Ensure clothes are properly labelled and organized.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the laundry area.
- Inspect finished laundry to ensure quality before delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service when required.
- Report damaged equipment or clothing issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a laundry is required.
- Good knowledge of washing, ironing, stain removal, and fabric care.
- Ability to operate laundry equipment.
- Hardworking, neat, reliable, and responsible.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
