Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present meals according to the menu and recipes
- Ensure food quality, taste, portion size, and presentation meet standards
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment
- Properly store food items and manage ingredient usage
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages when necessary
- Minimize food waste and handle ingredients responsibly
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and management
- Assist with menu planning when required
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Minimum of SSCE
