Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the British National Curriculum.
Assess, monitor, and evaluate pupils' progress using appropriate formative and summative assessment strategies.
Differentiate instruction to meet the individual learning needs of all pupils.
Foster a positive classroom culture that promotes respect, curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.
Maintain effective classroom management and uphold the school's behaviour and safeguarding policies.
Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and learning resources to support effective teaching.
Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding pupils' progress and wellbeing.
Collaborate with colleagues, school leadership, and support staff to promote continuous school improvement.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development programmes, school events, and extracurricular activities.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessment, and pupil achievement.
Support the school's vision, mission, and values while contributing to a safe, inclusive, and high-performing learning environment.
