We are seeking a talented, creative, and experienced Professional Chef to lead food preparation and culinary operations within the hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, developing menus, maintaining food safety standards, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and present high-quality meals in accordance with hotel standards and guest expectations.
- Design and update menus, recipes, and special offerings to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high performance.
- Ensure food is prepared, cooked, and served according to established quality and presentation standards.
- Monitor food inventory levels and coordinate the procurement of ingredients and kitchen supplies.
- Control food costs, minimize waste, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Inspect ingredients and finished dishes to ensure quality and freshness.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with management and the Food and Beverage department on menu planning and special events.
- Handle guest dietary requirements, allergies, and special requests professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a High School (S.S.C.E)
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
