Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, cookies, breads, and other desserts.
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
- Decorate cakes and desserts neatly and creatively.
- Ensure all baked products meet quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and baking area.
- Manage baking schedules to ensure timely production.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and inform management when supplies are low.
- Follow food safety and hygiene practices at all times.
- Assist with menu development and new product ideas when needed.
