Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to meet output and delivery targets
- Ensure garments are produced in line with quality standards and specifications
- Manage and motivate production staff, including tailors, cutters, and line supervisors
- Monitor raw material usage, minimize wastage, and ensure efficient utilization of resources
- Develop and implement production schedules, and track progress against targets
- Identify bottlenecks in the production process and implement solutions to improve efficiency
- Enforce health, safety, and factory compliance standards on the production floor
- Liaise with procurement, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to management
Requirements:
- 6–10 years of experience in a similar role within the Textile and Garment industry
- Strong knowledge of garment production processes, quality control, and factory operations
- Proven ability to manage production teams, meet output targets, and optimize workflow
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
