Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist the baker with measuring, mixing, preparing, and baking products.
- Prepare ingredients and ensure they are available when needed.
- Assist with packaging and proper storage of finished products.
- Keep the production area, equipment, and work surfaces clean and sanitized.
- Follow recipes, production procedures, and food-safety standards.
- Assist with loading, arranging, and moving baking supplies and products.
- Monitor ingredients and notify the supervisor when supplies are running low.
- Support the team with other bakery production duties as required.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of baking and food preparation is preferred.
- Must be hardworking, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good hygiene and attention to cleanliness are essential.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
- A male is most preferred only for this position
Location: Egbeda, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 monthly
