We are looking to hire a Product Manager(Pharmaceutical Industry) to join our team.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute product strategies, marketing plans, and roadmaps, defining positioning and features.
- Market Understanding: Analyze market needs, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, sales, and regulatory teams to bring products to market and support them.
- Marketing & Communication: Create promotional materials, manage product launches, support PR, and train sales force on product benefits and science.
- Financial Management: Oversee product budgets, analyze sales performance, and manage P&L for the product.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), prescribers, and advisory groups.
- Lifecycle Management: Ensure ongoing product success through lifecycle enhancements and upgrades.
Typical Duties:
- Writing Marketing Requirements Documents (MRDs).
- Presenting at conferences and training sales reps.
- Visiting hospitals and key accounts with sales teams.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and market feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a degree in Pharmacy only.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience
- Strong strategic thinking & business acumen.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical market/regulatory environment.
- Analytical & financial skills
Location: Pedro, Shomolu, Lagos
Work mode: Physical.
