Job Summary
An early-stage startup is seeking a dedicated and efficient Product Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is critical in shaping the product vision, strategy, and roadmap throughout the entire product lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Product Manager to play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our client's innovative startup. There is also a potential future opportunity for regional travel across Sub-Saharan Africa regions.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Serve as the product’s leader within the company, driving all related initiatives.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including design, testing, forecasting, costing, production, promotion, support, and end-of-life management.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive product success, from planning to implementation.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are achieved.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of defining and launching successful products.
- At least 3 years of experience working within the tech startup space.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Solid experience working within an Agile environment.
- Willingness to travel within Nigeria and West Africa occasionally, as required.

Remuneration: NGN 400,000 - 600,000
