Role Description The Product Manager will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of ClassroomIO’s learning management solutions, with a focus on driving adoption and usability. This full-time, on-site role involves defining product vision and roadmap, gathering requirements from internal teams and external stakeholders, and translating user needs into clear, prioritized features. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and user research, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and customer success, and monitoring product performance through analytics and feedback. The Product Manager will also support go-to-market activities, coordinate product launches, and ensure that ClassroomIO’s offerings align with business objectives and learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Product management skills, including roadmap planning, requirements gathering, and feature prioritization.
- Experience with user research, data analysis, and metrics-driven decision-making for digital products.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering, design, and business teams.
- Knowledge of learning management systems, EdTech, or software-as-a-service (SaaS) products is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Education, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in product management or a closely related role; experience in the Nigerian tech or education sector is an advantage.
