Role Description

This is a remote, unpaid internship role for a Product Lead / Product Manager Intern.

The intern will support product strategy, planning, and execution across Flux’s digital products and platforms. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building products, solving real user problems, and working at the intersection of design, technology, and business.

The role involves working closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure that product ideas are clearly defined, well-executed, and aligned with user needs and business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting in defining product goals, features, and roadmap

Supporting product research, including user needs, market trends, and competitor analysis

Translating ideas into clear product requirements and user flows

Collaborating with UI/UX designers to ensure intuitive and user-centered designs

Qualifications

Strong interest in product management, strategy, and digital products
