$300,000 – $500,000
About the role
We are seeking a proactive, thoughtful, customer-focused, and data-driven Product Manager to help shape and deliver products that solve real customer problems, deliver the right customer experience, and challenge the market status quo.
This role is responsible for helping define product vision, learning from customers and product performance, translating insights into clear requirements, guiding execution, and ensuring delivered solutions meet business needs and customer expectations.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who communicates clearly in writing and verbally, works effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and uses both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product development and change. This person should be able to move seamlessly from strategy and customer discovery to documentation, delivery support, quality validation, and post-launch improvement.
What you will do
- Help define, communicate, and evolve the product vision, goals, and roadmap in alignment with customer needs, business priorities, and market opportunities
- Learn from customers, stakeholders, market context, and product performance using both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Plan and conduct customer research, experiments, and validation activities using methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, pilots, prototype reviews, usage analysis, and feature validation
- Manage customer profiles, segments, and feedback records so the right customers can be targeted for research, experiments, testing, and continuous product learning, with proper documentation of insights and outcomes
- Translate customer, business, and product insights into clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), product requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Manage and maintain product documentation to ensure clarity, completeness, traceability, and readiness for design, development, testing, and release
- Work closely with stakeholders, engineering, design, QA, operations, and business teams to align priorities, clarify requirements, resolve gaps, and support successful product delivery
- Use data, reporting, and product analytics tools to assess customer behavior, product adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, and feature performance, and use those insights to inform product development and changes
- Support product quality by validating that delivered functionality meets requirements, reflects what was asked for, solves the intended problem, and provides the right end-to-end customer experience
- Measure outcomes after launch, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend enhancements that strengthen customer value, product performance, and market differentiation
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in Product Management or a related role
- Strong ability to support product vision, roadmap direction, and product priorities
- Strong ability to create and manage BRDs, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and related product documentation
- Experience using both qualitative and quantitative methods to learn from customers and inform product decisions
- Experience planning and conducting customer experiments, discovery activities, and validation efforts using multiple research and feedback methods
- Ability to organize and manage customer profiles, research inputs, feedback groups, and insight records in a structured and usable way
- Experience working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and delivery
- Experience using product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, or similar platforms to evaluate customer behavior, product usage, and feature performance
- Ability to use dashboards and reporting tools to assess adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, and customer experience outcomes
- Ability to write simple SQL queries to explore and validate customer or product data
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and move work forward with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
