Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap: Define, prioritize, and iterate on features that bridge our current real-time detection and alerting capabilities to predictive prevention and autonomous workflows.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, AI specialists, and ops users to translate customer pain points (from beta feedback) into intuitive, scalable solutions.
• Conduct market research on agentic AI trends in supply chain, validate ideas through user interviews and pilots, and ensure we're solving high-stakes problems like cascade disruptions.
• Work cross-functionally to launch MVPs, measure success via metrics like SLA compliance and user adoption, and refine based on data.
• Champion user-centric design in a fast-paced startup environment, from ideation to go-to-market.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, AI, or logistics/supply chain tech – bonus if you've worked with agentic systems or B2B ops tools.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML applications, with the ability to bridge technical depth and business outcomes.
• Proven track record of shipping products that solve complex problems, ideally in early-stage environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable with ambiguity and iterating quickly.
• Passion for logistics challenges in Europe/Africa markets – experience in these regions is a plus.
