We're looking for an experienced Product Lead to lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of our flagship technology platform.

The Role

As Product Lead, you will define the product vision, lead cross-functional collaboration, and work closely with engineering to deliver innovative, scalable, and user-centred solutions.

This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong product management skills and a solid technical understanding.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the product roadmap.
Lead product development from concept to launch.
Work closely with software engineers and designers.
Translate customer needs into product features.
Drive product innovation and continuous improvement.
Monitor product performance and user engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Product Management, SaaS, AI, or Technology.
Strong understanding of software development and digital products.
Ability to work effectively with technical teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Programming knowledge and familiarity with modern AI technologies will be an advantage.
