Product Growth Manager
Job summary
The Product Growth Manager will own the product’s growth strategy end-to-end. You will identify growth opportunities, design and run experiments, optimize the product funnel, and work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to scale adoption and revenue.

- Define and execute ByteAlley’s product-led growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks.
- Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests and growth experiments.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize growth-related features and improvements.
- Work with Marketing to optimize onboarding, lifecycle messaging, and conversion flows.
- Set and track growth KPIs (CAC, LTV, activation rate, retention, churn).
- Develop and maintain dashboards and growth reports for leadership.
- Stay up to date with growth trends, tools, and best practices in digital products.
- Proven experience as a Product Growth Manager, Growth Marketer, or Product Manager (Growth).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.
- Hands-on experience running growth experiments and A/B tests.
- Strong understanding of product-led growth, funnels, and user lifecycle management.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a startup or early-stage product environment.
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools, CRM, or marketing automation platforms.
- Background in SaaS, marketplaces, or consumer digital platforms.
