Responsibilities:

Product Requirement Translation:

Break down product features into clear, testable scopes; ensure acceptance criteria are well-defined.
KPI- All features have documented, testable requirements before development begins; Reduction in ambiguous or incomplete specs

QA & Feature Validation:

Identify edge cases, test feature behavior (including AI outputs), and catch issues before release
KPI- Reduce production bugs by 30–50%; Fewer post-release escalations

Release Readiness & Execution:

Serve as the quality gate before features go live; collaborate with engineers to ensure smooth releases
KPI- >90% of features released on time with no critical issues; Faster resolution of blockers

AI Feature Oversight:

Ensure AI-driven features meet defined quality, reliability, and validation standards
KPI- AI features meet functional and reliability standards; Issues identified before user impact

Product Process Improvement:

Identify friction points in the product delivery process and suggest workflow improvements
KPI- Documented process improvements implemented; Reduced cycle time from idea → release

Metrics & Reporting:

Track bugs, issues, patterns, and quality KPIs; share insights with Product and Engineering
KPI- Regular QA reports delivered; Trends identified and communicated to stakeholders

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Product, QA, Product Ops, or related roles
Are interested in startups, AI products, and building reliable, high-quality software
Enjoy connecting across teams and clarifying messy problems into actionable steps
Are curious and like spotting edge cases, testing ideas, and improving workflows
Want hands-on experience working closely with a founding team to shape how products are built and shipped
