Through 390 Work, we help businesses manage daily operations across sales, inventory, staff, customers, finance, tasks, approvals, records, and other key workflows in one system.
We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to help us design clear, usable, and thoughtful product experiences for 390 Work.
We need someone who can understand complex business workflows, simplify them into usable interfaces, and work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to improve how businesses use 390 every day.
What you’ll work on:
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity screens for 390 Work.
- Improve onboarding, dashboards, module pages, forms, tables, empty states, and mobile experiences.
- Translate business and operational workflows into simple, usable product interfaces.
- Define better product experiences.
- Create and maintain reusable components, patterns, and design system improvements.
- Review existing product screens and identify UX problems, friction points, and opportunities for simplification.
- Design product experiences that work for real Nigerian businesses, not just ideal SaaS users.
- Prepare clean Figma files and handoff notes for engineering implementation.
- Support product discovery by thinking through user needs, edge cases, and real operational behaviour.
Ideal candidate:
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong product design experience for web or SaaS products.
- Can design complex workflows without making them feel overwhelming.
- Understands UX, UI, layout, typography, hierarchy, spacing, and interaction design.
- Can think from both the user’s perspective and the business outcome.
- Is comfortable working on dashboards, forms, tables, settings, reports, and operational tools.
- Can use Figma professionally.
- Can communicate design decisions clearly.
- Is practical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience designing B2B SaaS, ERP, CRM, fintech, operations, HR, inventory, or business software.
- Experience designing responsive web apps.
- Experience with design systems.
- Ability to create clean product mockups for marketing or demo purposes.

Assessment:
Shortlisted candidates will complete a practical design task based on a real 390 Work product flow. The task will test product thinking, UX clarity, visual design, and the ability to simplify business software.
Salary:
₦800,000/m Net.
