Product Designer

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive user experiences for web and mobile products.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to understand business goals and user needs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Maintain and evolve Kreda's design system and UI components.
• Continuously improve product usability based on user feedback and analytics.
• Present design concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and/or mobile product design.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles.
• Experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced product environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of front-end development principles is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Creative thinking with a user-first mindset.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Passion for designing products that people genuinely enjoy using.
