Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Source and procure medical equipment, pharmaceutical products, and company supplies
- Negotiate pricing and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely restocking
- Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining product quality
- Collaborate with warehouse, showroom, and pharmacy teams
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good organizational and record-keeping abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior knowledge or experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage
