We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager for an FMCG company to oversee and manage the organization’s sourcing and purchasing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective and timely acquisition of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals
* Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best terms
* Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to forecast needs
* Ensure cost control and identify opportunities for savings and efficiency
* Maintain strong supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance
* Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
* Prepare and manage procurement budgets and reports
* Oversee contract management, including drafting and reviewing agreements
* Mitigate risks in the supply chain and ensure continuity of supply
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
* Minimum of 1 year experience in procurement or supply chain management
* Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
* Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
* Good knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and best practices
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of integrity and professionalism
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
Remuneration: 140,000-150,000
