The candidate is to act as the contact between Suppliers, Vendors and Customers in line with company objectives This role is a full-time, on-site role

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure procurement processes of Payments and Deliveries followed through from both Customers and Suppliers/Manufacturers and all documents are correctly and adequately filed 
  • Ordering of items from suppliers and following up till delivery
  • Ensure ordered items are checked and particulars verified with receipts and delivery documents to clients.
  • Ensure daily, weekly and monthly updates of stock cards and stock levels and replacements
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Establish, develop and maintain our relationships with vendors; clearing agents and logistics partners
  • Carry out customer service processes and respond to customers inquires where necessary such as quotation, proforma Invoices and deliveries 
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Generate periodic analysis of stock, products, processes and suppliers
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Attend to the company’s incoming mails and calls on hourly basis and ensure response is given within two hours of acknowledgement.


Requirements:

  • BSc/HND in Sciences, Admin or Procurement
  • Minimum 3 years Previous experience in similar role, experience in Import procurement is a major advantage
  • Knowledge of procurement processes
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Experience in the use of PCs and MS packages (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point)
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in Procurement/Admin/Customer Relations
  • An understanding of the long-term goals of work unit and an appreciation of the goals of AAA Calibrations Ltd


Remuneration: NGN
100,000 - 200,000 (Based on previous Experience)
