Procurement Officer
Job summary
We’re hiring a Procurement Officer for a pharmacy on Victoria Island. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the supply of pharmaceutical and retail products to keep our shelves stocked and costs optimized.

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Purchasing: Identify reliable suppliers for drugs, medical supplies, and retail items. Obtain quotes and negotiate pricing and payment terms.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely reorders to prevent stockouts and overstock.
- Supplier Relations: Build and maintain relationships with vendors. Evaluate supplier performance on quality, delivery, and pricing.
- Documentation: Process purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes. Maintain accurate procurement records.
- Cost Control: Analyze spending and identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum OND in Business Administration, Purchasing & Supply, Pharmacy Tech, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail procurement, preferably in pharmacy, FMCG, or healthcare retail.
- Location: Must be residing in or close to Victoria Island for easy accessibility.
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos.
Work Mode: Full-time.
