Job summary
The Procurement Manager will lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, purchasing, contract negotiation, and procurement governance to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely availability of goods and services.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies.
- Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, and selection.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance.
- Develop supplier evaluation and performance frameworks.
- Ensure procurement compliance and transparency.
- Monitor procurement budgets.
- Review purchase orders and procurement documentation.
- Conduct market intelligence and price benchmarking.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage procurement risks.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Logistics.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- CIPS/CPSP or other recognized procurement certification is an advantage.
- 4+ years' procurement experience.
- Strong negotiation and supplier-management skills.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and contract management.
- Strong analytical and commercial abilities.
- ERP/procurement software experience is an advantage.
