Procurement Manager
Job summary
A reputable pharmacy on Victoria Island is looking for a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, vendor management, and purchasing operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the pharmacy maintains optimal stock levels of pharmaceutical and retail products at the best cost and quality.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute procurement strategies for drugs, medical supplies, and retail inventory. Build a reliable supplier network.
- Negotiation & Cost Control: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers to maximize value and reduce costs.
- Inventory & Supply Planning: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage supplier performance on quality, delivery timelines, and compliance.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all procurement activities comply with NAFDAC and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Team Oversight: Coordinate with store and operations teams to align procurement with sales and inventory needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc in Business Administration, Purchasing & Supply, Pharmacy, or a related field. An MSc is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years in retail procurement, preferably within pharmacy, healthcare, or FMCG.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills. Proficient in Excel and procurement/inventory software. High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos.
Remuneration: NGN 500,000 – 600,000
