Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality local and continental meals.
  • Plan menus and ensure meals are prepared according to preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
  • Manage food inventory and ensure timely restocking of ingredients.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of food items in line with food safety standards.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of BSC, OND, or relevant culinary certification.
  • Proven experience preparing both local and continental dishes.
  • Must maintain a high standard of personal and kitchen hygiene.
  • Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen management.
  • Ability to prepare a variety of meals to a high standard.
  • Must be organized, reliable, and professional.
