Requirements:
- Minimum of BSC, OND, or relevant culinary certification.
- Proven experience preparing both local and continental dishes.
- Must maintain a high standard of personal and kitchen hygiene.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen management.
- Ability to prepare a variety of meals to a high standard.
- Must be organized, reliable, and professional.
