Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lesson Planning & Delivery: Create and teach age-appropriate lessons aligned with the school's curriculum (such as the Nigerian or British curriculum).
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, inclusive, orderly, and engaging learning environment.
- Student Assessment: Monitor academic progress, grade assignments, track developmental milestones, and provide constructive feedback.
- Parental Communication: Regularly update parents and guardians on student performance through meetings, contact books, or school apps.
- Holistic Support: Act as a caregiver, mentor, and role model to build students' confidence and social skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of N.C.E/BE.Ed
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
