We are seeking to hire passionate, experienced Primary School Teachers to join our Clients Schools in Ipaja, Festac-Town, Satellite-Town etc. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons across various subjects as class teachers. Class Teachers will be expected to plan lessons, manage the classroom, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver detailed lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives.
- Teach core subjects including English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and continuous assessment.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Maintain discipline and manage classroom behavior effectively.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians on student progress and concerns.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development sessions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan school events, activities, and academic projects.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and curiosity in students.
Requirements:
- Minimum of NCE
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a structured school environment.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for teaching and nurturing young learners
- Tech-savvy and open to using digital tools in teaching
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
