Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons across core primary subjects (e.g., Mathematics, English, Science).
- Assess, record, and report on students' academic development, progress, and behavioral growth.
- Maintain strong classroom management and create a positive learning environment.
- Identify students' individual learning needs and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and school activities.
- Organize and participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and staff meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of an HND/BSC in Education or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a recognised primary school.
- Strong classroom management, excellent communication skills, and computer literacy.
