Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate preschool programs for kids aged 2-5 years
- Creating and maintaining a warm and caring classroom environment
- Supervising and evaluating children's activities
- Maintaining accurate records of children's progress
- Communicating regularly with parents and other staff members.
- Consistently facilitating and nurturing the children's cognitive, physical, social-emotional, and language development.
Requirements:
- Must reside within Ikorodu, Lagos State (Close Proximity to Eyita is preferred)
- B.Sc. / B.A. / HND in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children. (Compulsory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong understanding of child development and appropriate early childhood teaching strategies.
- Proficient in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities for preschool children.
