We are seeking an experienced, highly professional Practice Manager to lead and optimize the operational, administrative, and commercial functions of the clinic. The Practice Manager will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the clinic, ensuring seamless service delivery, exceptional patient experience, regulatory compliance, and sustained business growth. This role requires a confident leader with strong commercial acumen, experience in specialist healthcare management, and a polished corporate presence.

Responsibilities:
Executive Operations Management:
- Lead and oversee all non-clinical operations of the practice
- Implement robust systems, policies, and governance structures aligned with premium healthcare standards
- Ensure efficient coordination between surgeons, anesthetists, nursing, and administrative teams
- Oversee appointment scheduling, theatre bookings, and patient flow optimization
Financial & Commercial Oversight:
- Manage budgets, revenue streams, and financial performance of the clinic
- Oversee billing, collections, and insurance/HMO relationships
- Monitor profitability, cost control, and financial reporting
- Support pricing strategies aligned with luxury healthcare positioning
People & Performance Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing administrative and support team
- Set performance expectations and conduct regular reviews
- Promote a culture of professionalism, discretion, and service excellence
Patient Experience & Brand Excellence:
- Deliver an exceptional, concierge-style patient journey
- Manage patient feedback, concerns, and service recovery
- Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards at all times
Compliance, Risk & Governance:
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian healthcare regulations and licensing requirements
- Maintain high standards of safety, infection control, and risk management
- Oversee clinic accreditation, audits, and quality assurance processes
Business Development & Reputation Management:
- Support strategic growth initiatives and service expansion
- Strengthen relationships with referring physicians and corporate partners
- Oversee the clinic’s corporate image, digital presence, and brand reputation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or a related discipline
- Postgraduate qualification (MBA, MPH, or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years’ senior-level experience managing a private medical or surgical practice
- Proven experience in a specialist or surgical clinic; bariatric experience is an advantage
- Strong understanding of private healthcare operations in Nigeria
