Porter

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly and efficient atmosphere.
• Assist guests with luggage, provide information about hotel facilities, and offer recommendations for local attractions.
• Handle guest properties with absolute care through the check-in and check-out processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and promotions.
• addressing guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy..
• Handle guest concerns and complaints with a positive attitude, finding timely and effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with management to escalate and resolve issues as needed.
• Monitor and ensure the security of guests and their belongings.
• Follow company safety and security protocols, reporting any incidents or suspicious activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any related discipline 
• Minimum of 2 year of work experience
• Previous experience in a porter, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with hotel procedures and systems.
• Positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
