He makes their transition into the hotel room smooth, welcoming, and effortless, acting as the first point of contact for international business travelers, local dignitaries, and leisure guests alike.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Navigate the logistics of a busy hotel entrance while making every guest feel like they’ve finally arrived home.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide a professional "room tour," explaining in-room technology, amenities, and hotel services (spa, gym, dining)
- Ensure the lobby is tidy, organized, and always welcoming.
- Handle urgent guest requests, such as laundry delivery, mail distribution, and assisting with the Front Desk during peak check-in/check-out "rushes."
- Fluent in English with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a diverse, international clientele
- High level of trustworthiness and a track record of handling guest property with care.
Requirements:
- SSCE or Ordinary National Diploma (OND) is required.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
