Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities, services, and room features.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, transportation, and events.
- Assist with guest requests and ensure prompt resolution of concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of entrance areas, lobbies, and luggage storage areas.
- Support the front desk team during busy periods and assist with guest check-in and check-out processes when required.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Handle luggage storage and retrieval in a secure and efficient manner.
- Monitor hotel entrances and public areas to ensure guest safety and security.
- Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms as needed.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of professionalism, courtesy, and customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
