Plastic Surgeon

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and determine appropriate surgical and non-surgical treatment plans.
• Perform reconstructive and cosmetic surgical procedures in line with established medical standards.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and provide detailed consultations to patients.
• Monitor patients' recovery and provide post-operative care and follow-up.
• Educate patients on surgical procedures, risks, expected outcomes, and recovery processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

• Must possess a Degree in Medicine (MBBS or equivalent).
• Must be a licensed Medical Doctor with a valid practicing license.
• Fellowship or specialization in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery is required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Plastic Surgeon.
• Strong surgical skills and extensive knowledge of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Must demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail.
