Physiotherapy Sales Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physiotherapy Sales Manager located in Abuja. The Physiotherapy Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of physiotherapy products and services, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Other responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and executing sales plans, tracking industry trends, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve sales targets. Effective customer engagement and excellent account management are core aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills, including experience with prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
• Knowledge of physiotherapy products, services, or the healthcare industry, along with the ability to effectively communicate their value
• Strong relationship management and client engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and foster long-term partnerships
• Market Research and Strategic Planning capabilities for identifying growth opportunities and developing sales strategies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales analytics platforms, and relevant digital tools
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a relevant industry
• Familiarity with the Abuja market and existing industry networks is highly desirable
