Pharmacy Technician
Job summary
Our client is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to manage their digital and in-store customer experience and ensure patients get the same quality of care online and offline.

Responsibilities:
- Manage online consultations, inquiries, and customer support across phone, chat, social media, and digital platforms
- Process online orders accurately and efficiently, assist with medication packaging and dispatch coordination
- Conduct customer follow-ups on medication use and treatment progress
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, and direct them to the appropriate Pharmacist or service area when necessary
- Escalate medical concerns to Pharmacists and ensure proper clinical handling
- Maintain accurate customer communication records and ensure digital customers receive the same quality of care as walk-in customers
Requirements:
- Pharmacy Technician qualification or a health-related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in pharmacy, customer support, or e-health services will be an advantage
- Proficient with digital tools, CRM systems, and multitasking across multiple channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone/chat etiquette
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to handle inquiries with empathy
- Ability to work effectively in a shift-based, fast-paced environment and follow company procedures
Remuneration: NGN 200,000/month
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
