Job summary
We are seeking a Licensed Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team and ensure excellent patient care and operational efficiency
Job descriptions & requirements
- Perform all duties of a Pharmacist including dispensing, counseling, and patient care
- Supervise and coordinate all pharmacy staff and daily operations
- Manage staff schedules, shifts, and attendance
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies
- Ensure excellent customer experience across onsite and online channels, and resolve operational challenges
- Prepare operational reports for the COO, monitor staff productivity, drive operational excellence and business growth
- Licensed Pharmacist with a valid practicing license
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with proven leadership and supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting
- Strong organizational, people-management, and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of pharmacy regulations, inventory systems, and compliance standards
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in report writing and comfortable working in a shift-based, fast-paced environment
