Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Explain the ingredients, uses and benefits of Shroom products to customers and retail partners
- Market products to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, supermarkets and wellness centres
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and health-education sessions
- Train sales executives, store promoters and merchandisers on product knowledge
- Develop scientifically accurate content for flyers, social media, brochures and product campaigns
- Support product launches, exhibitions, activations and tasting events
- Build professional relationships with pharmacists, dietitians, doctors and other healthcare practitioners
- Ensure that marketing statements and product claims are responsible and compliant with NAFDAC requirements
- Assist the sales team in meeting monthly sales and distribution targets
Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacognosy, Pharmacy, Plant Science, Herbal Medicine or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of medicinal plants, herbal products and natural health ingredients
- Excellent communication, presentation and selling skills
- Ability to explain scientific information in simple, persuasive language
- Comfortable appearing in educational and promotional videos
- Experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, herbal-product or healthcare marketing is an advantage
- Must be confident, target-driven, well-presented and willing to travel within Lagos when required
