Job summary
Bespoke Pharmacy and Stores is seeking a qualified, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately, providing professional pharmaceutical care, counseling patients on medication use, managing prescriptions and inventory, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the pharmacy. The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent ethical standards, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering quality healthcare services.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Review prescriptions for accuracy, dosage, contraindications, and potential drug interactions before dispensing.
- Counsel patients on the proper use of medications, dosage, side effects, storage, and adherence to treatment plans.
- Provide professional advice on minor ailments, preventive healthcare, and medication management.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to patient inquiries and providing appropriate pharmaceutical guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Monitor and manage pharmacy inventory, including stock levels, expiry dates, and product availability.
- Coordinate stock replenishment and ensure proper storage of medications.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations, company policies, and professional ethical standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment.
- Support the daily operations of the pharmacy and collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and team members.
- Stay updated on new medications, treatment guidelines, and pharmaceutical best practices through continuous professional development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D).
- Must be a registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria and possess a valid practicing license.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail, community, or hospital pharmacy.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medication therapy, and patient counseling.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Good understanding of pharmacy inventory and stock management.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy management software is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Remuneration: NGN 130,000 – 180,000 Monthly
