Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately and provide appropriate guidance to customers.
- Review prescriptions and ensure safe and effective medication use.
- Counsel patients on dosage, administration, and possible side effects.
- Monitor and manage medication inventory, including stock levels and expiries.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and professional standards.
- Maintain accurate patient, prescription, and pharmacy records.
- B.Pharm or Pharm.D from a recognized institution.
- Must be a registered Pharmacist with a valid practicing license.
- Relevant experience in a community, retail, or hospital pharmacy is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of medications, dispensing procedures, and pharmacy regulations.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
- Professional, responsible, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
