Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and loyalty.
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth introduction to products and services.
- Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate products, services, or financial solutions.
- Handle client complaints, queries, and requests professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain frequent, consistent contact with clients to provide updates on services or portfolio evaluations.
Requirements:
- BSc/OND/HND in business administration, marketing, economics, or related.
- 1-3 years of experience in field roles, fmgc distribution, fintech, micro finance.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
